Andy grew up in Maryland, spent two years in Italy as a volunteer missionary for his church, and married Deborah way back in the 1900s; together they have four married children and a bunch of grandkids. He enjoys gardening and beekeeping, reading and music, woodworking and cooking, and never needs to be coerced to watch a movie.
